Absolutely. According to wikipedia
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_Slow_as_Possible#Halberstadt_performance),
the first note (actually a rest) occurred on Cage’s birthday in 2001.
Looking at the sound changes, they all take place on the 5th day of a varying
month, so it is inevitable that some of the events will occur in September,
on his birthday.
