Cage completed a complete version for violin and piano taken from the two 
solo versions for piano and violin, giving instructions for its
performance, but no written out score.  
This version in found in the John Cage Archives at the NYPL Music Research 
Division at Lincoln Center
in NYC in Folder 620.
