I'm no expert at this, but I find it hard to believe that Amazon or iTunes would want to be associated with what you describe. Perhaps find a different agency/aggregator?

Hi Bob, Tim seems to have a number of recordings to his name (http://www.timovens.de/en/index.htm) and I'd expect that is he's this public with them, he's gone through proper licensing channels.
