Hallo,
I'm a bit confused about what the conundrum actually is here.
For iTunes: they use what used to be called CDDB
and is now "Gracenote" to "accept" titles. Maybe it is
your local divisions of Gracenote (in Berlin and München)
that may have some issues with the word "holocaust"
because of the current (ridiculous, I think) censorship laws
in Germany.
As for Amazon, I'm puzzled by this because if you go to
Amazon.de, it is not difficult to find this Cage piece mentioned.
Maybe it is a new restriction put in place by Amazon.de?
Let us know what you find out.
