In reply to several emails: Yes, the web page for the list is missing.
I'm working on finding out how to recreate it, then doing so.

Apparently, the subscription information shows up in "List-subscribe"
headers that some people receive and some (like me) don't. Quite
mysterious.

But I hope to have everything resolved in the next few days.
