I hesitated posting these resources because I have not had time to go through and make sure they are updated according to all the new federal guidelines but if
you want to use any of these ā provide credit to the resources from which the material came and make sure it fits within the guidelines of your campus policies and state laws etc. The Faculty document and the Immediate concerns document are given to faculty
, the ppt is presented to our students (and their parents) at a pre-departure workshop and is co-presented with a staff from Intl Studies who covers more of the health and safety aspects. There is also a somewhat new resource that might be helpful:
http://sashaa.org/ I hope this is helpful and if you have suggestions, critiques, ideas ā Iām open to improving what we do. Lee Etta LaDue Gender Violence Prevention Coordinator Women's Center 720 4th Ave. S. St. Cloud, MN 56301 320-308-3995 From: Jen Luettel Schweer [mailto:]
Good evening! I would love to hear about any resources you use for students who are studying abroad, in terms of both information/resources they get before they go and ways you help them connect with resources and support while abroad, after experiencing
an assault. Thanks!
