I did workshops for students who were planning to study abroad for many years while working at UCSC in Rape Prevention Education. I'd be happy to share the approach and content if you like. It was heavy on prevention. Sorry I don't have handouts but I can re-create the outlines if that would be helpful. On resources after rape I encouraged them to find out as much about their prospective countries before they left: women's resource centers; rape crisis centers etc.
