Our Center will pay for a taxi, which would be confidential and no report made to Title IX. Our campus police and many of our local municipal police would also transport someone without requesting an official police report. Due to MA law, our police including campus, would not make any Title IX report.

Hi Jess, our campus safety would transport someone to the ED without knowing why they needed to go there, but I will also take students and as a confidential employee, it wouldn't trigger a report unless desired.

Hello and Happy New Year!

I'm reaching out to see if any of you can provide any examples of your campuses services related to transporting students during the evenings and weekends to the hospital to receive a SAFE exam. My campus is about 30 minutes away from the nearest hospital with a SAFE program and we currently provide taxi vouchers to students who do not have their own car or can secure transportation through a friend or family member but are looking into what other options we may be able to provide. It would be most helpful if any of you have other solutions or suggestions we may be able to adapt for our campus.

Much thanks,

Jess Myers
