Jess, our campus law enforcement will transport people without a report. It’s a last option for us – we’re really close to the local hospital, and our campus bus has a stop right across the street from the hospital, so it’s rare that anyone asks for a police ride, but they will do it.

Hello and Happy New Year!
I'm reaching out to see if any of you can provide any examples of your campuses services related to transporting students during the evenings and weekends to the hospital to receive a SAFE exam. My campus is about 30 minutes away from the nearest hospital with a SAFE program and we currently provide taxi vouchers to students who do not have their own car or can secure transportation through a friend or family member but are looking into what other options we may be able to provide. It would be most helpful if any of you have other solutions or suggestions we may be able to adapt for our campus.
Much thanks, Jess Myers
