Colleagues:

I would appreciate your feedback on electronic databases/case management systems that you use for intake and tracking of equity, non-discrimination and/or sexual violence reports for matters involving students, faculty, and/or staff.

I am particularly interested in whether any of you have found one tool that you recommend that has all of the following features:

(1) online intake (supports an online portal where reports of any type of discrimination/violence may be made);

(2) case file management (houses all documents and data about each particular incident of discrimination and calculates deadlines);

(3) report development (filters, sorts, and manipulates case management data so that users can identify trends and patterns);

(4) central clearinghouse for data: (a) automatically transfers data from online intake portal to the case management platform and (b) automatically transfers people data [such as demographics and contact information from applications such as PeopleSoft] to the case management platform; and

(5) security (safely maintains data to ensure confidentiality and privacy).

Thank you.
