Your inquiry has inspired me to look into it as well. I spoke with a colleague of mine at Probation who works solely with sex offenders.  He reported that there appears to be a gap in assessment tools targeted for late adolescents and young adults.  I have not have the opportunity to finish reading it yet, but I came across the attached from the Department of Justice that you may find helpful.  I would be very interested in learning more about the responses you receive.
