First of all I’d like to thank everyone that sent me links and information about bystander intervention programs. I am still trying to get back to people individually to thank them.

 

Secondly, if anyone attended the SCOPE webinar today, it was excellent and well worth it. It generated a lot of good conversations

 

Thirdly, a colleague sent me this link to a video the New Zealand government published about Bystander Intervention at colleges and universities there. The basic theme is, there are many occasions leading up to a completed sexual assault, when numerous people in the survivor’s life could have intervened. It’s about 7 minutes long but very well done and I plan to show it at future programs here.
