I am interested in how university conduct offices determine whether to
invoke a summary suspension pending a student judicial hearing and how
often/consistently you see that being invoked against alleged
perpetrators in sexual assault cases.
I also wonder if your universities have methods other than summary
suspension for addressing the issue of a perpetrator being in the same
classes as the victim, pending a hearing.
