Dear Juliette Grimmett at NC State: We all feel your pain. I was gratified
to see that Mary Koss herself responded to Heather. I, too, was too
mortified to do more than discuss it among my friends and colleagues. But
my opinion is that in a perfect world she would be accountable for what she
wrote and the potential damage it could cause.
