an exception to FERPA specifically allows disclosure even of the perp\'s
name..when the well-being and safety of students is at risk .. This might.not
be the precise language but the point is schools can and i believe must
reveal the info if more than one victim is known. Dan carter is correct
whether or not a case has decided the issue. And when schools dont share info
with victims but DO share sensitive victim info with perps.. It violates
title ix in my opinion. Wendy
