i am not saying we tell them about each OTHER by name..only that we tell them
the perpetrator was accused by other victims. I should add that princeton
recently took the position in one of my cases that as soon as a victim made a
report..they could share with the perp essentially everything they had in
their school files about the victim though they refused under FERPA to share
info about the perp with the victim. Clearly this standard violates federal
law.
