Dear Faith and Science folks,

This is to remind you that our next discussion is tomorrow (Friday), 4:30-5:30, here at the Study Center (128 Chancellor St.).  The reading is attached.

Our question for the day, as posed by the chapter (attached) title in Stephen Barr’s book, Modern Physics and Ancient Faith, asks “Is the Human Mind Just a Computer?” Among other things, Barr brings Goedel, Lucas and Penrose into the conversation. Who wouldn’t want to end their week with Goedel, Lucas and Penrose?

Hope you’ll be there. If you haven’t been before (or for a while), don’t hesitate to come! And feel free to bring a friend, of course.
