John looked forward immensely to his 2 weeks early every year with Kathan and the printmakers. And when the new prints arrived back at the loft some time later, he showed them off with wonder and pride. Those weeks were a needed cornerstone in his toing-and-froing life.

The New York Times just published her obituary. She worked with John Cage on his wonderful print works.

She wrote the book on Cage that I probably look through the most often, "John Cage Visual Art: To Sober and Quiet the Mind."
