Thanks Joseph. I had not heard.

John looked forward immensely to his 2 weeks early every year with Kathan and the printmakers. And when the new prints arrived back at the loft some time later, he showed them off with wonder and pride. Those weeks were a needed cornerstone in his toing-and-froing life.

She wrote the book on Cage that I probably look through the most often, "John Cage Visual Art: To Sober and Quiet the Mind."
