I seem to get responses to forum posts, but not the originals, 
so it’s good to see that someone responded to this because now 
I’ve ordered it and it should arrive on Thursday. The YouTube
version is nice to hear and see, so thanks for that link.
All of this, I’ve forwarded to a pianist friend of mine in Oslo
(we arranged a concert together back in 1980 of performances from 
"Source: Music of the Avant-Garde” and’ve kept in touch ever since).
Keep up the interesting and creative work!
