Scholarly discussion of the music of John Cage.

It seems Cage and Feldman collaborated on short piano work, in Feldman's 
handwriting, around 1955. "on John's Preparation" in the title.

Does anyone have a list of concert programs or workshops these two 
participated in together, around 1955?

We're attempting to figure out which Cage prepared piano work Morty might be 
making reference to.

OR ... is the word "preparation" here in regard to i Ching preparations?
