In discussions of the work, I see both

[lower-case-c-slashed] [Upper-Case-C]

and

[lower-case-c] [Upper-Case-C-Slashed]

and

[lower-case-c][Upper-Case-C]

used in the title.

Which is correct? What was Cage's intention with the altered c (or C)?
