I'm jumping on this discussion now and I haven't read the article yet 
(but the link says the full thing is available for subscribers only) but 
after reading your emails exchange I guess that a pun out of the 
author's name springs out naturally (considering what seems to be a Cage 
misinterpretation). Terry Teach-out? Seriously?:-)
