Hey folks!
Sorry for the cross posting.
I am wondering if anyone has scenarios they use when they are training faculty and staff on being a responsible employee. A lot of our folks struggle with having to interrupt someone's story to let them know a report may need to be made. There has also been some push back and disagreement with being a responsible employee. Does anyone have some scenarios they've used that have been positively received, that you wouldn't mind sharing, and any tips with reconciling disagreements with being a responsible employee?
Thanks so much!
In peace,
Bridget Coffou
