Hello!
We do not currently have an anti-fraternization policy on campus. Specifically when it comes to faculty and their interactions with students, how have your campuses addressed setting boundaries short of implementing policies that carry with them HR consequences. I wanted to approach this by including a “Best Practices” segment during my Title IX training with them, but I want something “stronger.” Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
Warmest regards,
