Hi All,
We have a large closed community on campus that is being investigated for violations of our policy. The Chancellor has tasked me with “the healing of the community” after the initial investigation is completed. My idea is to engage a restorative
justice model (this would of course not be used to address incidents of sexual misconduct, relationship violence, and stalking). He has also made clear that we can bring in a facilitator to help with this effort. If anyone has any resources
and or facilitator suggestions, please send them my way. Best, Sara
