We’re looking at revamping our campus coalition/task force. For those of you involved in a campus coalition/task force (and especially if you are in a faciliatator or coordinator role):

 

1.       What stakeholders attend? Are the meetings open or by invitation? How do you onboard new members?

2.       What is the focus of your group? Is it more about action or advising? How involved in meeting the mission are group members (do they do stuff, or just come to meetings)?

3.       Does the group focus on response, prevention, or both?

4.       How often do you meet, and for how long?
