Hi Katie,
We currently use the Bringing in the Bystander Model which involves an empathy building activity (write the name of a person you trust the most, a place you feel the safest, and a secret you don't want anyone else to know, then rip these up with a discussion of impact after each). We also uses scenarios we've modeled off of the BIB and MVP programs which essentially list out a scenario and ask groups to discuss possible solutions. Another activity we use, from the same training, is an invitation for folks to write a plan of action. They consider situations likely to come up in their lives, across the spectrum of violence, and write out a game plan. They then share out in groups and get ideas to enhance their response.

Hello All,
I am putting together ppt slides for Sexual Assault training I am going to do to every Athletic team/department at my University and I am wondering if anyone has an activity they have used to address sexual assault to make the presentation more engaging and interactive? It can be anything, hypotheticals, skits, drills, group work, etc. Thanks in advance,
