On October 20, 2015, my firm and Representative Jackie Speier will be hosting a fundraising event for Know Your IX, a national survivor-run group working to help stop sexual violence on college campuses.  Know Your IX is doing very important organizing and policy work around the country, including overseeing campus wide educational campaigns on the right to be free from sexual violence and harassment, as well as pushing for legislative changes on the national level. 

 

We think this will be a very interesting and engaging night and hope that you can attend.  Food and beverages will be served.  Additional details regarding the event can be found in the attached invitation.  You can also learn more about Know Your IX by checking out the group’s website:  http://knowyourix.org/  and you’ll see why we are so inspired by their work and eager to help raise funds for them.
