Attached is what I created for our use here at UMD – I combined it with a disqualification clause because we use this for members of our hearing boards. But I think you could cut and paste and make it a simple nondisclosure agreement. I recommend calling it that instead of a confidentiality agreement – it is more clear and doesn’t get you in the world of confidential vs. privilege issues….

Hi Shannon,
I would appreciate this information as well, if folks are willing to share.
Thanks,
Stephanie

Dear all,

Do you have your student employees sign confidentiality agreements? If so, would you be willing to share samples of your agreements? I am in the process of hiring student employees for our office and would like to have them sign confidentiality agreements, as we are a confidential resource on campus. Thank you in advance!
