Attached is what I created for our use here at UMD – I combined it with a disqualification clause because we use this for members of our hearing boards. But I think you could cut and paste and make it a simple nondisclosure agreement. I recommend calling it that instead of a confidentiality agreement – it is more clear and doesn’t get you in the world of confidential vs. privilege issues….
