Our Health Education Resource Center is the office that runs Haven for our campus. This is what they use, however, they don’t include any indication of federal mandates.  This is what they send via e-mail.  They are actually trying to shorten it for this year to see if that helps improve earlier compliance.

 

They use a short postcard for snail mail.

Hi there, 

My institution is rolling out Haven this fall and we are in the process of writing up a letter from the president's office for the student body. I'm wondering if anyone else might have a sample letter that they used when initially communicating with students regarding federal guidelines and prevention programing implementation.
