Hi Tammi. Thanks for sharing. I’m wondering how you/the university are going to inform the students about the content of the survey and support students who read/complete the survey? I’d appreciate seeing the language used in introducing the survey, what resources you identify etc. Thanks. Becky

I am attaching our survey, we developed based on questions originated in NC state survey.  We are waiting to see what Rutgers develops before we implement, however.

Are people willing to share the questions that they used and/or the people/process involved in developing the questions on the survey? I’m sure that the language will be important in collecting meaningful responses and while some will be site specific it would be good to have some examples.

Thanks!

Hi Stephanie,

We did one at MIT and are analyzing the data now. We developed one in-house using a team led by our Chancellor and made up of professionals from Student Life, the Title IX office, Institutional Research, and Violence Prevention & Response (our advocacy/education office). Institutional Research was kind enough to administer it and collect the data, and now those with expertise in the topic areas asked about are analyzing it. I'm happy to answer any specific questions you have or provide more detail if you like.

Best,

Kelley

Hello,

Our campus is beginning the process of administering a campus survey. Have any of you had any experience with doing one on your campus? If so, did you utilize the services of a specific company or self proctor? Would you be willing to share your experience(s)!

Thank you,

Stephanie
