Thanks Carmen.  I received a copy of the press release materials from our lobbyist which provides some more specific details about the proposed legislation and am awaiting the actual draft language.  See attached.

I would be interested in the thoughts of my campus-based advocate colleagues on the bill's proposal that we conduct confidential forensic investigations (and receive training to do so).
