The Program Coordinator in the Women and Gender Advocacy Center (WGAC) is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Director. The Coordinator has an integral role in developing student staff, advising student leaders, and providing campus wide programming on a range of topics examining the intersections of oppression related to gender. Additionally, this is a highly administrative position, as the Coordinator role is also responsible for administrative duties related to ongoing finances, scheduling, travel and payroll. WGAC provides services and programs with women and gender as a focus for the CSU campus.

The Women and Gender Advocacy Center is housed within the Division of Student Affairs and is a part of the Student Diversity Programs and Services cluster, reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs. WGAC programs and services include: 1) Educational and outreach programming on gender related concerns; 2) General information and resource referral on issues related to gender; 3) Victim assistance for survivors of interpersonal violence; and 4) The Women’s Resource Center lending library of print and media materials.
