Good morning. I have a case involving 4 respondents and have questions for the group. 1. If you have a situation of alleged sexual misconduct where there is more than 1 respondent, how do you handle the hearings? Do you have one hearing with all respondents present? Do you have a separate hearing for each respondent? It would seem separate hearings would provide each respondent with due process but would cause an undue burden on the complainant if he/she chose to attend the hearings either virtually or in person. 2. Are the respondents allowed to be witnesses for each other? I don’t understand how this would benefit anyone since they could either contradict their own statement or the other respondent’s statement. They certainly could not introduce new information at the hearing so I fail to see the appropriateness of this and welcome feedback/comments from anyone. Thanks for your help. Audrey
