Wade, I would encourage you to look at the National Stalking Resource Center’s materials. I routinely provide people with the stalking log when we have a report come into our office. Their stalking safety plan is a good resource to help people think more comprehensively than just blocking the stalker’s phone number.

 

Also, the language from their model campus stalking policy is part of the stalking definition proposed in the Campus SaVE Act regs, too. Overall, it’s a fantastic resource.

Does anyone have a good document on steps someone should take if they believed they are being stalked (as opposed to survivors who experienced sexual assault, domestic violence or dating violence)? If so I would love to get a copy. Thank you.
