It looks like, under the SaVE Act, we will need to disclose these as separate provisions, as least as far as conveying state law to the campus (which we will now be required to do).  Policy is not specifically addressed in terms of whether provisions can be combined or stand alone.  Most campuses seem to be developing stand alone definitions, as does our model.

Subject: [Prevent-Connect] Dating/Relationship Violence and/or Stalking Policy?

 

Hey folks -

I am wondering if any of you are able to share your campus D/RV and/or stalking policy?  I'm also looking for any articles, data, papers, etc. that address best practices for these policies.

Lastly, what are your thoughts about combining these policies versus having a separate stalking policy?
