This is NOT ours but I think it’s great and a good example of how a short video can be effective! I’ve used it in a Gender & Women’s Studies class I teach when we discuss sexual assault issues (and, of course, credit the CARE Program @ UC-Irvine!

Hi all,

 

My colleagues and I are working on putting together a short (5 minute) video that will be included in new and transfer student orientation.  We are going to try and cover sexual assault 101, consent, and how to support a survivor in that short amount of time so we’re hoping to make it concise.  Wondering if there are any other folks who work on campuses that have made similar videos? 

 

Anything that you think would be relevant helps, we’re trying to put this together in the next week or so.  Thanks everyone!
