Hello Everyone:

I was wondering if any of you are using the Speak Out & Stand Up video from Security on Campus? We are currently using the video (I really like it) but I am having a hard time with the discussion after. The video is heavily risk-reduction focused; with a small bit geared at bystander intervention for men. As a woman who goes in and presents it, I still get a lot of negative feedback from men in the room.

I have tried clickers, focusing on AFS, small groups etc. I know the best thing would be to teach by gender, with a male co-presenter, but that just isn't going to happen.

I am curious what if anything others are doing.

Regards,

Amy
