I am pleased to share the University of Michigan Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center’s new 25^th anniversary: http://vimeo.com/29771606

 

This PSA was developed and created by an all-student team led by Filmic Productions and featuring UM students.  We are airing this PSA in all of the residence halls, and it will also be screened as a part of first year orientation next year, and be shared through social media outlets, and much more! This PSA reflects UM’s new primary prevention focus to our educational programming; it complements and reinforces the messaging students receive in their mandatory sexual assault prevention first year workshops and that will be continued in a multi-stage social norming media campaign through next year. 

 

Please share this PSA with your campus and organizational colleagues, and—of course—share it with your students.  We’re very excited to spread the message that the foundations of healthy relationships—mutual respect, open communication, honesty, and trust—are timeless values that our students will call on their entire lives.
