Good morning: The University of Michigan uses a collaborative team of peer educators from the Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC) and the University Health Services to deliver peer-to-peer primary prevention
workshops to all incoming students in their first semester. This program is coordinated by, and the content is primarily developed by, professional staff (though students collaborate heavily on content and delivery). From: Felty, Wade P. [mailto:]
Do any institutions have peer education services – e.g. student groups that provide programming and crisis intervention? And if you do, are they student-run or are they run by the administration
with the assistance of students? Wade Wade Felty
