Dear Colleagues,

(Apologies for cross-posting).

We are working on an issue of the Higher Education Center's monthly "e-fact
sheet" series that will focus on presidential leadership in supporting
campus-based alcohol, drug, and violence prevention work.  Each e-fact sheet
is a two-page resource consisting of a brief overview of a single issue along
with examples of what is happening in the field. You can find previous Center
materials on presidential leadership here:
http://www.higheredcenter.org/services/audiences/presidents. ;(Most of the
material linked from this page addresses AOD prevention, which is why I am
trying to increase the content on violence prevention by reaching out to the
list.)

If any of you have presidents who have exercised leadership in support of
your violence prevention efforts, we'd love to hear about it. I'd appreciate
it if you could send me an e-mail
(<mailto:>)
with a few sentences describing how your president has been supportive.

Thanks very much!

Linda Langford
