I would like to know if this is a requirement under Title IX, as well. I
recently went over our university's sexual harassment brochure with a women's
studies course I teach; none of the students had ever seen it before or even
knew it existed.

Subject: Title IX Requirement

I went to a workshop recently and heard a presenter state that campuses are
now required to provide mandatory incoming sexual violence prevention
education under Title IX.  I haven't been able to find any guidelines
directly from the federal government about this.  Does anyone know what I
referring to or have the source?  If so, please email me at
!

Sincerely,
Lisa Millora
