I'm doing research into how voluntary intoxication is viewed with respect
towards imparement and inability to consent in the prosecution of rape cases
in Indiana. If anyone on the list knows how this is usually addressed in
Indiana or could refer me to someone who does that would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
