The University of Alabama's Women's Resource Center is now accepting
applications for the full-time Men's Violence Prevention Coordinator
position.  The Men's Violence Prevention Coordinator develops,
implements, and evaluates the Men's Violence Prevention Program
component of the Campus Violence Project grant. The function of this
position is to create an environmental approach to preventing violence
by focusing prevention efforts on men on the University of Alabama
campus and by promoting the central concept of men taking responsibility
with other men to end violence.  This position is funded through a
2-year DOJ Grant to Reduce Violence Against Women on Campus.  We are
seeking to fill the position as quickly as possible.  Applications are
due by May 6, 2005, and must be submitted online at http://jobs.ua.edu.
