We recently received a request for information about schools that notify
crime victims, specifically sexual assault victims, when their assailant
returns to campus after a suspension. With the permission of the requester,
I've passed along this question below and would appreciate any feedback that

1) Our Sexual Offense Response Team is in the process of making several
recommendations to the Office of Judicial Affairs. One of these
recommendations involves giving victims the option to being notified of
a perpetrator's return to campus. Do you know of other campuses that
provide this option? Does Clery touch on this?
