I know many universities offer same sex only programs related to sexual
assault issues. Do any of you you out there have any legal options that
are on the books that support this is ok? it maybe called citation to
legal athority..ie test cases?..ruling by department of labor? These
programs work great but questions are being asked about it.

the problem relates to Title 9 that says you can not separate by sex in
progams..by the way we offer same sex programing as a trining class for
credit for peer educators.
