Description: Virginia Anthropology Society (VAS) is a CIO for graduate and undergraduate students interested in anthropology. It is affiliated with the Department of Anthropology of the University of Virginia. We strive to create a sense of community around anthropology by holding social events, film showings, panel discussions, meals, and other events, and by promoting anthropology-related goings-on and opportunities at the University and beyond.
