Subject: UVA Posse Foundation Mentorship

Description: The UVA Posse Ambassadors are requesting the creation of a listserv to support communication for our Big/Little mentorship program and broader Posse community initiatives. This listserv will be used to share program updates, mentorship reminders, event announcements, resource information, and opportunities relevant to Posse Scholars and their mentors. Its purpose is to ensure consistent, centralized communication that strengthens engagement, supports student success, and maintains connection within the Posse network. Membership will include Posse Scholars, Posse Bigs/Littles, mentors, and designated program staff.
